Breaking Barriers
Since 2018, Female Executives of Texas (FETX) has been creating spaces where women can grow, lead, and thrive. What began as a small network of ambitious women has evolved into a powerful community driving inclusion, education, and empowerment across Texas.
Through our signature events, workshops, and networking experiences, FETX continues to bridge opportunity gaps and amplify the voices of Black and Brown women in business.
Over the years, we’ve hosted 2–4 events annually, from intimate luncheons to large-scale leadership summits, each one crafted to foster connection and equip women with the tools to build sustainable success. Every event is an invitation to learn, lead, and lift others along the way.
Leadership
At the heart of Female Executives of Texas is a team of women dedicated to turning vision into action. Our leadership teams in San Antonio, Austin, and Houston work year round to create experiences that educate, empower, and connect. Each team brings its own strength and creativity, shaping events and initiatives that reflect the needs of their city and the spirit of our mission.
Building Community
Today, FETX proudly connects women from Austin and San Antonio, with a growing chapter in Houston, Texas. Each city carries the same heartbeat, community, collaboration, and creativity, while reflecting the unique spirit of the women who call it home.
Through our membership programs, mentorship initiatives, and giving-back efforts, FETX continues to transform vision into impact. What started as a single idea has grown into a statewide movement of women redefining looks like.
